Go to your Smart TV's native App Store (LG Content Store or Samsung Apps), search for IBO Player or IPTV Smarters Pro and install it directly to your television.

Step 2: Locate your Device Address

Open the app. The screen will display a Device MAC Address (e.g., 00:1A:2B:3C...) and a Device Key. Take a photo of these numbers as you will need them.

Step 3: Authorize your Playlist

From your smartphone or laptop, visit the application's website (e.g., iboplayer.com) and click on "Manage Playlists". Type in the MAC Address/Key from your TV, and paste the M3U Link we emailed you after your purchase.

Step 4: Restart & Stream!

Restart the application on your TV. All of your premium channels, massive VOD library, and series will now load automatically directly to your living room!

Amazon Firestick Setup

Bypass the Amazon store restrictions to install our ultra-fast, dedicated premium application directly to your stick.

Step 1: Enable Unknown Sources

Go to the Firestick Home Screen. Navigate to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources".

Step 2: Install "Downloader"

Go back to the Home screen, click the magnifying glass Search icon, and type "Downloader". Install the application with the orange icon.

Step 3: Download Neo IPTV

Open the Downloader app and type the special code 81068 (or the custom URL we provided in your welcome email) into the URL box. Click Go. The dedicated app will download and prompt you to Install.

Step 4: Login with Xtream Codes

Open the newly installed app. Select "Login with Xtream Codes API". Enter any Name, followed by the Username, Password, and Server URL provided immediately after your checkout!

Apple iOS & tvOS Setup

Step 1: Open the App Store

Open the official iOS App Store and search for IPTV Smarters Player, GSE Smart IPTV, or LillyPlayer. Download your preferred choice.

Step 2: Input Credentials

Open the app and accept the terms of service. Select the option that says "Add User" or "Login with Xtream Codes API". Enter "Neo IPTV UK" as the name, along with the Username, Password, and Portal URL we provided you.

Step 3: Enjoy Anywhere

Hit "Add User". Your complete channel list and EPG will populate instantly, allowing you to stream wherever you go.

Android Device Setup

A native Android experience for phones, tablets, and generic Android TV boxes.

Step 1: Access Google Play

Open the Google Play Store on your device. Search for TiviMate IPTV Player (Highly Recommended for Android TV) or IPTV Smarters Pro (Best for mobile).

Step 2: Add your Playlist

Launch the application. Choose "Add Playlist" and explicitly select the Xtream Codes Login method. Enter the secure URL and credentials we emailed you upon activation.

Windows & Mac Setup

Stream flawlessly on your laptop or desktop utilizing VLC or Smarters Web.

Option 1: VLC Media Player

Download and open VLC. Click on Media > Open Network Stream. Paste the direct M3U link we provided you into the URL box and click Play. Use the Playlist view (Ctrl+L) to navigate channels.

Option 2: IPTV Smarters Pro Desktop

Navigate to iptvsmarters.com and download the dedicated Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg) client. Install the software, select "Login with Xtream Codes", and enter your credentials.

MAG & Enigma Devices

Legacy-free portal deployment for physical Set-Top Boxes.

Step 1: Retrieve your MAC Address

Look at the sticker on the bottom of your MAG Box to find its MAC address (e.g., 00:1A:79:...).

Step 2: Portal Configuration

Go to your device's Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals. Enter "Neo IPTV" as Portal 1 Name, and enter the unique Portal URL we sent you as the Portal 1 URL.

Step 3: Reboot Device

Save the settings and reboot your MAG Box. Ensure you gave us your MAC Address during checkout so we can remotely authorize the connection!
